This is one of my older recipes I made back in 2012. It was my first year away from home for christmas and my first time trying Egg Nog (Which we don’t have here!!!! I’m still bumped out about that. Oh well). Anyway, we started thinking of all the ways you could use Egg Nog and one morning came up with this!
Egg Nog French Toast!
2 1/2 cups Egg Nog
Dip/Soak your bread in the Egg Nog/ Egg micxture. Fry it in a pan with a bit of butter. Sprinkle with icing sugar and (as for me) soak it in maple syrup. So so good!
(Makes a comfy breakfast and even better with a cozy Christmas movie!)
